President & CEO

Eldad  has over 18 years of extensive and broad-ranged real estate experience.

In 2003 Eldad  founded Centrock Corporation and, over the years, expanded the company’s business to include investment in income producing properties, full-range property and asset management, and land development. Throughout his career, Eldad has been involved in every single aspect of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, financing, leasing, development, property management, legal and financial structuring, marketing, disposition, value-add and turn-around projects.

With his opportunity-driven approach, Eldad has been able to identify real estate investment opportunities in different markets and through fluctuating cycles, thereby assembling a strong and proven portfolio of assets.


Linda Wu


Linda has over 10 years of experience in real estate accounting and finance, tax and audit.

Linda began her career in Property Management accounting, developing a keen understanding for the fine points of real estate financial operations.

During her career, Linda oversaw the accounting of commercial and residential real estate portfolios, and has expanded her expertise to include financial modeling and underwriting, financial planning and budgeting, as well as financial reporting and cash flow management.

Linda’s experience includes such roles as an independent financial advisory, providing NYC real estate owners with a broad range of accounting and asset management services with a focus on mixed-use, medical, and hotel properties.

Guy Bittner

VP, Lodging & Hospitality

Guy has over 20 years of executive experience within global hotels & resorts and offers a unique blend of strategy, vision, and financial expertise. He has provided leadership for a wide range of organizations including Fairmont, Starwood, Marriott as well as independent hotels with assets valued over $1.5 billion.

Guy’s specialties include optimizing the performance of complex hotel and resort operations while balancing guest and employee satisfaction. Throughout his career, Guy has successfully repositioned, renovated, managed and improved business performance within all hotel-units, including Rooms, F&B, Spa, Retail, Golf & Recreation while working alongside ownership and asset management groups to maximize investment performance. With his business, financial and operational acumen, Guy has implemented numerous award-winning strategic, quality and process improvement projects in such areas as new system implementation, revenue generation, profit improvement and service standards.
